Sales Manager Scandinavia

As the Sales Manager Scandinavia you are responsible for the establishment of GEBHARDT Fördertechnik for the Scandinavian market.
In the responsibility is included to find the best possible location for an office and the start up of manning for a sustainable Scandinavian establishment of GEBHARDT Fördertechnik. Further on to lead and grow a local team, both in short term and in longer term.

Your main responsibility is to establish the GEBHARDT Fördertechnik Scandinavia and to achieve the set volume and profit targets according to the strategy of the company. You also need to securing GERHARDT Fördertechnik Scandinavia´s success in the targeted customer segments and personal responsibility of designated key accounts. Strategy development, execution of the apptoved strategy an budget and contributing will be your responsibility aswell.

To succeed with the opportunity you need to have good commercial awareness and capabilities, excellent communication skills, reliability, teamwork, high self-initiative and customer orientation.

As a person you need to be business driven, goal and result oriented; ability to set goals and deliver results, open, relationship-oriented person who can inspire, create commitment and confidence among managers, employees, colleagues and others.

You also need the Ability to listen and learn from the environment, responsive. Ability to sell own ideas and make an impact, both internally and externally. Planning and organizational skills so you can create structure, work systematically and have the ability to follow up. And ofcurse a professional mind set with high level of confidentiality and integrity. A willingness to travel is also important in this position.

We see that you have a university degree or higher education qualification in an engineering or technical subject. And that you have experienced sales leadership professional with solid performance track record in business to business sales preferably in industry sectors. Knowledge in ERP (SAP) is also important.

You need to speak fluently in Swedish and English, written and spoken. German is desirable.
