Sales Manager to Paroc Building Insulation (BI)

As Sales Manager for Paroc BI you have an overall role in Sales and Marketing to strengthen our business on the Norwegian market.

We are looking for a person who is motivated by turning strategies into action and results. You are driven by doing business and by leading others in the efforts to achieve goals. You have extensive experience of working with solution sales within the Construction industry. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of how to sell and package solutions, including products, processes and services, within our business.

You will be responsible for sales in Norway and the sales team. Lead and develop sales for BI to customers in the segment of building materials / construction / Industry / ceiling. Responsible for the BI's sales, procedures, rules and contracts. Develop marketing strategies in cooperation with the Management of BI Scandinavia. Responsible for business development and to lead and participate in business-oriented development projects. Processing of new and existing customers with the help of the sales organization. Responsible for implementing contract reviews for Building Insulation and you will have KAM responsibility for retail chains and strategic partners.
You will also ensure updated, relevant customer information in the CRM according to company policy. Budget and cost responsibilities will also be on your table.

We expect you to be goal oriented, business oriented and responsive, with excellent communicating and negotiating skills. You have a strong drive, thrive in the fast lane and have a positive attitude. Your personal characteristics are very important to us, and the following are highly merited, structured, independent, flexible, stamina, representative and you have to have a high level of social competence.

Of course you speak and write fluently in Norweigen and English. And you have a relevant academic degree.

You have experience from the construction industry or construction retailers, sales and negotiating skills and experience from project management, solid IT skills, experience as Sales Manager or similar position, or as Key Account Manager. And you have Management experience and knowledge in using modern methods and approach to control and develop marketing and sales.

This job is a full-time employment and you will report directly to the Scandinavian Director of Building Insulation and is a part of the management team of Building Insulation Scandinavia. We want you to have commuting distance to Oslo.
