JOB DESCRIPTION
As Sales Manager for Paroc TI you have an overall role in Sales and Marketing to strengthen our business in the Norwegian market.

We are looking for a motivated colleague to start from a strategic perspective and to translate strategy into action and tangible results. You are driven by the business and achieving targets. You have experience of working with B2B sales, and have good technical knowledge. Furthermore, you have good understanding of how to sell and package solutions that include products, processes and services.

The work includes some travelling, and you should personally enjoy travelling and spending time with the customer as the service involves work in a large geographical area.
You are free to plan your work and to develop sales within the business area TI. We offer you a job in an international company in an industry with bright prospects, and the opportunity to be involved in developing the business area in the Norwegian market in the Paroc Group.
You will have a key role in the company, and in your work you will have a responsibility to build confidence in the company and its products among both our existing and potential customers.

Your main task is to develop sales to selected customers in different market segments. The work involves cultivating new customers and developing existing customers.

You will work closely with the Sales Director Nordic and colleagues in sales and customer-service teams in the Scandinavian organization, and colleagues from the other business areas in the Norwegian market.

Key Tasks
Develop sales within the retail, industrial, insulation, construction and plumbing industries. Marketing efforts are directed primarily toward management, purchasing managers and specifiers in these industries.

· Development and implementation of customer plans
· Collaboration with colleagues within the Scandinavian organization
· Monitoring and analysis of market trends, customers, competitors and industry trends
· Responsibility for achieving sales budget each year, both in terms of volume and profit
· Budget and forecasting process in collaboration with the Sales Director Nordic
