Segment Development Manager

We are looking for a Segment Development Manager for our contractor segment to strengthen our Building Insulation offering team.

The main purpose with the job is to develop our offering in the contractor segment and to further improve co-innovation with customers. The person will lead key development initiatives and work closely together with customers, key influencers, sales and production teams. The success in the position will be measured by long term sales of new and existing products and profitability within the customer segment.

Key Tasks:

· Developing customer offering within the segment together with sales area directors and sales managers with a Paroc wide approach.
· Developing ways to differentiate in own segment
· Feeding the innovation funnel with ideas on how to make the offering within the segment more competitive.
· Support sales with expertise and offering concepts.
· Create a strategy, including annual budgets, for the customer segment together with key contacts.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor or masters degree preferably in the field of construction or economics
More than 5 years of experience in similar working environments and in depth knowledge of the dealer business segment and related working culture

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, other Paroc languages skills are seen as clear benefits
